Step 1: Select rental start date
Planning for an upcoming event? Start by choosing your rental start date and desired duration. We recommend selecting a start date 1-2 days before you first plan to wear it. Our clothing rentals ship 2-5 days before your start date, with tracking information sent directly to your email for convenience.

Step 2: Wear, wear, and wear again
Whether you need an elegant dress for a wedding or a chic outfit for a night out, wear pieces as much as your heart desires during your rental period. We hope you love them as much as we do! Please take good care of items as damaged rentals may incur extra charges.  

Step 3: Send it back
So we can keep it in the loop. Rentals must be dropped off (either at UPS or our NYC showroom) on or before your return date to avoid additional fees. All orders include cleaning and a prepaid return label for your convenience.

Step 4: Do it again
We’ll put your items back on the shelves for another life, and you have free reign to get creative with the newfound space in your closet. With us, you’re free to rent pieces as often as you’d like—keeping your wardrobe fresh without the commitment. That’s haute.
