How do I join Hauteline Rewards?

Joining is easy and free! Create a Hauteline account by clicking "Join Now" on our Rewards page. You'll earn 200 points just for signing up. Existing account holders are already enrolled and can start earning points right away. Please note that points are earned on purchases moving forward and are not awarded for past orders.

Is Hauteline Rewards free to join?

Yes. Membership is completely free and available to all customers.

How do I earn points?

Members earn 200 points for creating an account, 100 points for following us on Instagram, 100 points for following us on Tiktok, 1,000 birthday points each year, and 3 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.

Members earn 3 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.

How do I check my points balance?

Sign in to your account and visit the Rewards page to view your current points balance and available rewards.

What rewards can I redeem my points for?

Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. Visit the Rewards page to view available rewards and your current points balance.

Can I combine rewards with other promotions?

Rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.

Do points expire?

Points do not expire and remain in your account until redeemed.

How do referrals work?

Share your referral link with friends. They'll receive $15 off their first order of $100+, and you'll receive $15 off your next purchase of $100+ when they make a purchase.

What happens to my points if I return an order?

Points earned from returned items will be removed from your account. If a reward was redeemed on a returned purchase, adjustments may be made to your points balance.
