We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping is $8 and arrives within 2-5 business days.

Need it sooner? Expedited shipping is $18 and arrives within 2 business days — orders must be placed by 2:00 PM ET to qualify.

At Hauteline, we strive to ensure that your rentals arrive on time. We take care to process and ship your order promptly to reach you by your selected dates, including offering expedited shipping options.

However, please note that once your order is handed over to our shipping partners, such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL, Hauteline is not liable for any delays caused by factors beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Carrier delays due to high demand, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances
• Invalid or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Customer-initiated changes or rerouting of the shipment

While we work hard to minimize any disruptions, we do not offer refunds on rentals that are delayed for reasons that are beyond our control.
