Nationwide Shipping

To save on shipping, we recommend placing rental orders at least 3 business days before your intended rental start date. Please see below for shipping fees and order cutoff times for Expedited and Overnight shipping.

Your order will arrive by the end of day on the first day of your rental period. We strongly recommend starting your rental a day or two before you need the item(s) to avoid any complications or disruptions.

In order to process and ship your order with Expedited shipping on the same business day, submit your order by the time noted above. All shipping fees include a free UPS return label for easy returns.

Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver packages on Sundays. For Saturday Delivery, an additional surcharge of $19 will be levied on orders requiring UPS delivery.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses may incur extended shipping times. Please note, Express Service may not be available for some remote destinations.

NYC Courier Delivery

Local NYC courier delivery is available 11am-7pm every day (with the exception of U.S. federal holidays). Courier delivery currently services all zip codes in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. 

All delivery fees include a free UPS return label for easy returns.

Please select your desired 2 hour delivery window at checkout. Daily delivery windows are as follows: 11am-1pm, 1-3pm, 3-5pm, 5-7pm. We highly recommend choosing a delivery window in which you will be able to be at the delivery address to personally receive your delivery.

NYC Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available at the Hauteline store 11am-7pm Wednesday-Sunday (with the exception of U.S. federal holidays). Our address is 95 Orchard St, New York, NY 10002. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, with further detailed instructions.  

Return Policies & Late Fees

Each customer is granted a one-day grace period after the final day of the rental period to return their rental to our store or to UPS before late fees are incurred. After this one-day grace period, a late fee of $30 per day will be applied each day the rented item is retained after the agreed upon rental period. Late fees will continue to accrue until the total late fee amount equals the full retail price of the rented item or the item is returned—whichever comes first. 

Late fees will either be charged automatically to the customer’s card on file or sent via invoice to the customer’s email to be paid promptly. Failure to pay invoices or late fees will result in the inability to rent or shop with us in the future. Please allow us to continue providing our services by complying with all rental policies and terms of service.
