We recommend placing rental orders at least 3 business days before your rental start date. If your rental starts sooner, please select Expedited Shipping at checkout.

Your order will arrive by the end of day on the first day of your rental period. We strongly recommend starting your rental a day or two before you need the item(s) to avoid any complications.

Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver packages on Sundays. For Saturday Delivery, an additional surcharge of $19 will be levied on orders requiring UPS delivery.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses may incur extended shipping times. Please note, Express Service may not be available for some remote destinations.

NYC Courier Delivery

Local NYC courier delivery is available 11am-7pm every day (with the exception of U.S. federal holidays). Courier delivery currently services all zip codes in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.

All delivery fees include a free UPS return label for easy returns.

NYC Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available at 95 Orchard St, New York, NY 10002, Wednesday–Sunday, 11am–7pm (with the exception of U.S. federal holidays). You'll get an email when your order is ready.

Tuesday pickup (when the store is otherwise closed) is available 4:30–6:30pm — email your ETA to info@hauteline.com and a team member will meet you.

Cancellations

Cancel your rental at least 7 days before your start date for a full refund, minus an $8 restocking fee.

Cancel within 7 days of your start date and you'll receive a full refund in store credit, minus an $8 restocking fee.

Once your order has shipped, or within 24 hours of your pickup date, rentals are non-refundable.

We're currently unable to offer size exchanges on rental items. If you have any questions about fit, we recommend adding Perfect Fit Insurance to your order or reaching out to info@hauteline.com before placing your order. Our team is happy to help you choose the right size.

 

Returning Your Rental

Return your rental via the prepaid UPS label included with your order, via courier (share your tracking link with info@hauteline.com and address it to Hauteline, 95 Orchard St, New York, NY 10002), or in person at our store.

Please note: dropping your return off with USPS instead of UPS results in a $45 penalty fee.

You have a one-day grace period after your rental period ends before late fees apply. After that, late fees are charged daily as a fraction of your rental price, capped at full retail price or until rentals are returned.

  • 4-day rental: charged at 1/4 of the rental price per late day
  • 8-day rental: charged at 1/8 of the rental price per late day
  • 16-day rental: charged at 1/16 of the rental price per late day
  • 30-day rental: charged at 1/30 of the rental price per late day

In-person returns are also accepted on Tuesdays, 4:30–6:30pm, when the store is otherwise closed — email your ETA to info@hauteline.com and a team member will meet you.

Late fees are charged to the card on file or invoiced directly. Please pay promptly — failure to do so may affect your ability to rent or shop with us in the future.

Out of respect to our rental customers, all online and in-store purchases are final sale. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering — email info@hauteline.com with any sizing questions.
