Shipping: Standard shipping is $8 (free on orders $100+) and arrives in 2-5 business days. Expedited shipping is $18 and arrives in 2 business days.

Rentals: Cancel 7+ days before your start date for a full refund (minus $8 restocking fee), or within 7 days for store credit (minus $8 fee). Non-refundable once shipped or within 24 hours of pickup.

Online Purchases: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery for store credit or a size exchange. A $15 return processing fee applies. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags attached. Start your return through our return portal.

In-Store Purchases: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for a size exchange or exchange for another item of equal or lesser value. Replacement items must be selected during the same visit and are subject to availability.

Final Sale items (50% off or more) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Worried about fit? Add Peace of Mind Insurance to your rental and we’ll send a complimentary replacement size or item within 2 business days, subject to availability.

Without Peace of Mind Insurance, unworn rentals may be returned within 24 hours of delivery for a 50% fit refund, less shipping costs.
