Card Authorization & Security Hold Policy

To protect our designers’ pieces and ensure a smooth rental experience, Hauteline places a temporary authorization hold on your card when you book a rental.

Timing: The authorization hold may remain on your account during your rental period and after your rental ends

Purpose: This hold is not a charge. It simply allows us to cover any potential damage, loss, or late return fees in the event that they may occur.

Release: If your rental is returned on time and in its original condition, no charges will be made, and the authorization will be released automatically.
