What if my rental doesn't fit?
Email us at hotline@hauteline.com and return your *unworn* rental within 24 hours of receiving for a 50% fit refund.
We want to make sure you get the best piece for your measurements! For sizing questions and further assistance, please email hotline@hauteline.com - we'd love to help!
When will my rental arrive?
All orders placed at least 2 business days before your desired start date are guaranteed to reach you on or before your chosen start date. For more urgent or same-day rentals, we recommend opting for pick up at our NYC showroom.
Is cleaning included?
Yes, all rentals include professional cleaning! Please return all rentals unwashed.
Note that irreparable damage, like stains, rips, tears, and alterations will result additional fees on a case by case basis. We really don't want to have to do this, so please do your best to treat rented items with care!
How should I return my rental?
All rental orders include a prepaid UPS return label. Please use the prepaid label included in your package and return it to your nearest UPS dropoff point on or before your scheduled return date, or drop off in-store during open hours
Can I purchase a rental?
Most items that are available for rent are also available for purchase! Please contact us at hotline@hauteline.com to submit a request to purchase. The price of your purchase will be the price of the item minus the rental price already paid.
Can I cancel my rental?
We get that things happen! Cancelation requests made at least 7 days before a rental’s start date can be accommodated with a full refund to your original payment method, minus a $8 restocking fee.
Cancellation requests made less than 7 days before a rental’s start date are subject to a full refund in store credit, minus a $8 restocking fee.
